1. Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with Locatalyze. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. It is designed to be fair to both users and to the platform. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Pro Monthly — refund eligibility

You may request a full refund of your most recent monthly charge if: • The refund request is made within 7 days of the charge, AND • You have not generated any reports during the billing period If you have generated one or more reports, the charge is non-refundable as the service has been delivered. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

3. Pro Lifetime — refund eligibility

You may request a full refund of the lifetime purchase if: • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, AND • You have not generated any reports Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. After 7 days, or after generating one or more reports, it is non-refundable.

4. Report quality issues

If a report you have generated is clearly broken — for example, it returned entirely blank results, failed to process your address, or contains obvious technical errors — contact us within 14 days and we will either: • Re-run the analysis at no cost, OR • Issue a partial or full credit to your account, OR • Issue a refund for that analysis We do not offer refunds because you disagree with the GO/CAUTION/NO verdict, or because the financial projections differ from your expectations. Reports are estimates — not guarantees.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Nothing in this policy excludes your statutory rights under the ACL.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@locatalyze.com.au with: • Your account email address • The date of your purchase or charge • A brief reason for your request We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
