Trust converts better than theatre. Coverage depends on licensed public sources, and some signals stay candidate until confirmed.

Weekly cadence: Checks run on a scheduled cadence (typically weekly). Dashboards show last checked and source coverage — we do not claim real-time monitoring.
Competition coverage: Opens and closes are available Australia-wide as candidates. Google confirmation for stronger evidence is Plus-scoped and cost-gated.
Planning signals: Planning applications are limited to configured adapters (currently NSW where enabled)—not nationwide.
Not included yet: Menu, pricing, job ads, review-text sentiment and commercial listing scrapes are not launched and require clear licences.

Do I need a Locatalyze report?

Lite Watch attaches to a completed Locatalyze report. Plus early access is designed for deeper monitoring—including address-only watching where supported—without buying another report first.

Will I get daily emails?

No. Location Watch is built as a calm weekly check-in. Material digests are the default. Critical emails stay rare and preference-controlled.

Is this real-time monitoring?

No. Checks run on a scheduled cadence, typically weekly. Dashboards show last checked and source coverage so expectations stay honest.

Is Plus fully launched?

Not yet. Plus is invite-only early access. Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or charge your card.

Can I cancel later?

When Plus Checkout opens for your account, you can cancel at period end from the Customer Portal. Lite Watch can be muted per location anytime.
