No. Report credits have no expiry date. Buy a 3-pack or 10-pack and use them whenever you're ready — across any Australian address.
What is your refund policy?
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not generated any reports from that purchase. If a generated report is clearly broken (blank, failed address, or obvious technical error), contact us within 14 days for a free re-run, credit, or refund review. We do not refund because you disagree with the recommendation. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded — see the Refund Policy.
What does 'Compare locations side-by-side' mean?
When you have two or more unlocked reports in your dashboard, you can view them together to compare scores, rent-to-revenue ratios, and verdicts across different addresses. This helps you shortlist before committing to a site visit.
