Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains how you may use Locatalyze (operated by VSG Group Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 47 683 197 819). It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you breach this AUP, we may suspend or terminate access as described in the Terms.

You may use Locatalyze to screen Australian business locations for your own internal research and decision-support. Reports are licensed for personal and internal business use only.

You must not: • Use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to mislead others • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data, reports, or protected datasets beyond normal product use • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, payment, or access controls • Resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute report outputs without our written permission • Upload malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to use • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation • Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the Platform or related systems • Use automated bots to create accounts or consume credits in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure • Violate third-party data licences (for example map or Places provider terms) through misuse of outputs

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this AUP or the Terms have been breached. We may also refuse service where continued use would create legal, security, or operational risk.
